One of the dishes I originally had trouble re-creating when I switched over to my healthy "NMP" eating style was meatballs and spaghetti.  Prior to going "NMP" I had made turkey meatballs (I still do for my husband), but try as I might, I couldn't get the various "ground beef" substitutes to work into a decent meatball.  Well I got one of my favorite dishes back when I tried Veggitinos.  These delicious spicy little "meatballs" offer 9 grams of soy and if you cover them with your favorite marinara sauce, between the consistency and flavor, you'll swear you're eating the "real thing".  They are found in the produce section of your supermarket; if yours isn't carrying them ask your store manager about doing so.
