Don't let the "vegetarian" label on the box bother you, they have a line of unique frozen ethnic cuisine dishes for the more adventurous healthy eater who is short on time. The one that interested my taste buds was the Orange Peel Soy Chick.
While Gloria's "chicken" is a little chewier than some of the other brands of substitutes I have had, the orange sauce mixed with the brown rice is very tasty (just make sure you mix everything together well after cooking to work the flavor through). It's a handy meal to have on hand for lunch or dinner. If you don't like this particular combination, they make lots of others. My local supermarket even carries this one, so you may not have to make a "natural foods market run" to buy it.
