I do my best to educate everyone (whether they go "NMP" or not), on how to avoid hidden dangers in the foods we eat--foods that otherwise seem healthy but are not due to trans- fats, agricultural chemicals, genetically-modified organisms (GMOs) and irradiation.


To me there's more to healthy eating than just looking at fat or cholesterol content in the foods we eat.  Many people who claim to eat healthfully already are shocked when they read my chapters in Have Your Cheeseburger And Keep Your Health Too! that address this topic. 

You always have to be careful about the food choices you adopt, because some items are still produced more healthfully than others.  They can sound healthy, but actually have some ingredients in them, or be prepared in ways that could possibly do you some harm. Think that because a product claims to be fat-free or low-fat it's healthy?  If it has trans-fat in it, it's not.  Even some fruits and vegetables are grown or packaged in a healthier fashion than others. 

That's why as part of the healthy "NMP" eating style, I don't just stop at teaching you how to eat cheeseburgers and your other favorite comfort foods in the healthiest possible way, I also show you how to navigate around these potential land mines in a simple-to-
