When I realized a few years ago that one of my all-time favorite cereals, Post's Banana Nut cereal, had hydrogenated oil (trans-fat) in it, I searched for an acceptable substitute. Remember, my philosophy is not to give up foods you love, just find better ways to eat them.
I came across this cereal, and the trans-fat issue was deliciously solved, plus I gained organic grains to boot. And if banana is not your thing, Health Valley has many other varieties to choose from. You may find this in the health food section of a more enlightened local supermarket, or definitely in your natural/health foods markets.
